By using CodeSwears, you agree to use our tools and effects solely for lawful purposes. You must not use our platform to create illegal content, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or circumvent any security or rate-limiting measures.
Our platform offers two licensing tiers. Free tier users may use effects for personal and commercial projects with attribution (see"Licensing page). Pro tier users receive full commercial rights without attribution requirements. By using our effects, you agree to comply with the licensing terms associated with your tier.
CodeSwears is provided "as is"and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for accuracy in all rendering and processing, we do not guarantee that output files will be identical across all devices or suitable for any specific professional purpose. You use these tools entirely at your own risk.
You retain all rights to the videos and content you create using our effects. CodeSwears"claims no ownership over your final compositions. However, the motion effect templates, underlying code, brand, logo, and website design are the exclusive property of CodeSwears and are protected by copyright laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,"CodeSwears and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the"CodeSwears platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
